Position: Façade Maintenance Manager

Location: Dublin

The Job:

The purpose of the role of Façade Maintenance Manager is to work closely with the Daylight & Façades department to ensure that the Company win refurbishment jobs. As well as this, the Façade Maintenance Manager would also be responsible for coordinating and managing the on-site element of completing the necessary repairs and maintenance

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with your colleagues in the Daylight & Façade department to proactively sell façade maintenance services to the Construction Industry nationwide.
  • Liaise with the client and other relevant stakeholders to determine the scope of the contract and agree terms.
  • Lead a site team to carry out remediation works and maintenance on façades.
  • Manage the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead the site team(s) and ensure that all work is completed on schedule, to agreed specifications and in budget.
  • Manage the relationship with key internal stakeholders including; design, procurement, manufacturing and your site team.
  • Liaise with all key project stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the agreed contract.
  • Commercial management of contracts including cash flow management & overall financial results.
  • Ensure that Site Safety statements and specific risk analyses are produced, updated as required and communicated to all relevant parties.
  • Ensure that safe methods of work are employed by all personnel employed by the company.
  • Utilize and maintain filing systems for all required Health & Safety Documentation for contracts in your control.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in managing the sales and execution of Construction related works

* Some experience and knowledge of Curtain Walling and Architectural Glazing technologies is a requirement

* Ability to review details generated on AutoCAD

* Excellent ability to communicate openly and effectively at all levels (verbal and written)

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Commercial awareness and acumen

* Leadership experience of managing high performing teams

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite

* Full, clean driving licence
