Compliance Administrator (Property Services)

Location: Llandrindod Wells

Business Area: Kier Places - Heart of Wales Property Services

Contract: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We may be able to be flexible with working hours and occasional working from home.

Salary: £20k basic - NJC pay scale aligned

Kier Places are recruiting now for a Compliance Administrator to provide transactional support to our Heart of Wales Property Services (HOWPS) Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Administrator, you'll support the operational teams to deliver an efficient compliance service across the contract, by reviewing compliance data, maintain supplier relationships and administer audit paperwork, including job sheets, timesheets and personnel data and certificates where required.

You'll also process incoming mail ensuring the relevant requests are actioned accordingly, and ensure the relevant approvals are in place for process P-Card Transactions.

What do we need from you?

The successful Compliance Admin will have previous administration experience, with an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, will be a proficient user with Microsoft Office & Excel with experience of data capture and pivot table interrogation of data, and be able to coordinate effective working relationships between internal and external stakeholders.

*Please note the HOWPS joint venture between Kier and Powys County Council is coming to an end in June 2022 and the services will transfer to Powys County Council effective from July 2022. All employees will transfer to Powys County Council under TUPE legislation. We are responsible for the repairs and maintenance work to council homes and public buildings across Powys.
