Love recruitment but looking to move away from heavy sales? This exciting and varied position is based at a college in Hertfordshire where you will work to recruit and manage a high volume of workers from your very own office onsite.
Protocol is currently recruiting for an Account Manager and Onsite Recruiter working with one key client in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Since this role is working solely with one client, sales calls are not required to meet your targets, you just need to be great at building relationships face to face, following through with outstanding customer service and finding good candidates to work in the college environment.
What does the role involve?
You will be required to undertake a range of recruitment activities to provide the most suitable candidates for the client's needs, ensuring candidates are paid correctly and the client billing is complete efficiently. Your role will also include recruiting for occasional permanent recruitment for the college bringing you additional opportunities to earn.
What do we need from you?
Enthusiasm, drive and great communication skills
Recruitment, administration or customer service experience
Confident and proactive approach to work
Highly organised
A good problem solver and listener
Negotiation skills and ability to gain the trust and respect from senior decision makers
A good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
