We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure services, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are now recruiting for a Foreman to join our Infrastructure - Major Projects team to work on our Oxford Station Project.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Foreman role, you'll be managing safety on site including giving inductions and effective Tool Box Talks, Daily Task Briefings and Point of Work Assessments to site operatives. You'll have a key involvement in enabling work activities and supervising site operatives and site activities to ensure tasks are carried out and within their level of skills and expertise. In addition, you'll coordinate with line managers on managing work methods and organising and requisitioning site equipment, plant and materials to ensure completion of works.

What do we need from you?

You'll be experienced Foreman with demonstrable experience and practical application of the set up and day to day running of a construction site. You'll hold a NVQ Level 1/2 qualification and valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) card. Personal Track Safety card (PTS) would be beneficial.
