I am currently working with a leading property maintenance company who are looking to appoint a time-served Joiner on a 5-6 month contract. They currently have a contract doing full kitchens renewals in occupied properties for a local housing association in the County Durham area.

I am looking for a Joiner who would be able to fit one kitchen a day. Ability to do hard pipe plumbing alterations will be looked on favourably, but not essential. These are small kitchens with no mason mitres, just joint strips

The right candidate will have the following:

  • Public sector / domestic experience
  • CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Driving License

Interviews to take place ASAP with the contract starting at the end of March.

Must be willing to provide the following:

  • CV
  • CSCS and other relevant certificates
  • Passport or Birth Certificate and NI proof
  • Headshot
  • 2 names and numbers of reference contacts.
