Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national house builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a temp to perm. This is for an initial 5 month period with potential to be extended for the right candidate on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience with national or regional house builders and be within a commutable distance to Malton.

  • Management of trades
  • Customer care
  • Assisting the Site and Project Manager
  • H&S
  • RAMS
  • Toolbox Talks
  • Assisting towards the build programme

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Valid Physical CSCS card
