We're looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor for a Graduate role starting this summer with a Building Consultancy in Birmingham city centre. This is a highly respected, independently owned Property and Building Consultancy operating out of 7 offices across the UK. They provide a comprehensive range of property and building consultancy advice to clients including tenants, landlords and owner-occupiers which includes both large organisations and smaller companies.
This is a highly thought of firm whose collaborative culture promotes ownership and excellence. They are investors in people with a robust training and professional development programme. They can provide full support in working towards your MRICS with access to experienced APC assessors part of this.
We're looking for a recent / current graduate in Building Surveying, ideally from a RICS accredited course. We're looking for driven individuals, self motivated with a "can-do" attitude and ambition. Great communication skills are also vitally important. You must be based locally within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
