Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will report into the Building Surveyor and build a strong relationship with Powys County Council. You will be responsible for assisting projects from minor refurbs to major new builds, assist with the project management, researching and investigating the latest design solutions and technologies to provide an excellent service, and conduct site surveys to produce survey reports and drawings.
What do we need from you?
We are seeking an individual who holds a relevant degree/HNC or equivalent in a relevant disicpline and is willing to undertake any training requirements. Someone who has experience in a smiliar role would be desirable.
