Business Application & Integration Support Analyst
Location: Flexible location, with travel to the Loughton or Basingstoke main office, and some travel nationally.
Business Area: Kier Places - Business Systems & Processes team
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday - flexible daily start/end times considered around core hours
Kier Places provide essential property services to local authorities, schools, the NHS, housing associations & public sector buildings - we are recruiting now for a passionate & experienced Application & Integration Support Analyst to join our Business Systems & Process team, to support the ongoing evolution & growth of Kier Places, and be critical to achieving success in delivering our contracts, projects & works within the Facilities Management & Housing Maintenance sector, with a national reach. The Business Systems team is responsible for supporting application lifecycle management services specific to the operation and service delivery for the Kier Places business.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Application & Integration Support Analyst within Kier Places, the main aim of your role will be supporting the Business Systems Team with the completion of requests and incidents relating to the configuration of our CAFM/IWMS business systems or processes in BAU, mobilisations, updates & project work.
With a continued pipeline of change, upgrades and integration, a key part of the role will be to liaise with internal & external stakeholders for the development, planning, and execution of UAT scripts, including regression testing; participate in workshops supporting the development of business requirements and design; drive and support the completion of user acceptance testing; manage and progress defects through to resolution; prepare system management, change control, performance and statistical information on applications; and utilise API testing tools (e.g. SoapUI and Postman) as required.
In order to effectively deliver these activities, you'll also support with communications issued for all changes; develop & maintain all processes surrounding the implementation and maintenance of integration; and develop & evaluate materials for training and support programmes.
What do we need from you?
This opportunity is yours for the taking! We want to hear from you if you have - demonstrable experience in a similar application support service role within an ITIL environment; experience of supporting business & colleagues with user testing, with a focus on integration; and good data interrogation & manipulating skills using Excel. Ideally, you'll bring with you relevant experience to a company of our similar size or maintenance-related industry; some experience with CAFM/IWMS systems like Concept Evolution & FSI Go; some experience with Azure DevOps, SoapUI / Postman, some knowledge of SQL.
