Protocol are currently working with a Further Education College based in Cheshire in their search for Passionate and Experienced Learning Support Assistants, to support student learning, encourage success and provide mentoring and guidance throughout the college.
This position will be supporting a range of students studying in a variety of different subject areas so it is essential that individuals are experienced across a range of support roles and providing support, guidance and mentoring to a range of individuals with varying needs.
These positions are offering various flexible hours from part time up to full time and will run on temporary on-going basis's within the college.
Have you got what it takes?
* Experience in support roles or within Learner support
* Maths and English at Grade C or above
* A Motivational and upbeat approach to work and life, bringing inspiration into the classroom.
