We are Kier, one of the UK's leading Construction and Infrastructure service, working on projects such as Hinkley Point C and Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. We are currently recruiting for an Technical Administrator to join our Infrastructure - Major Projects Team to work on our Oxford Station Project.

Key Responsibilities

In this Technical Administrator role you will be providing support to the Office manager and Project Accountant with administrative functions to ensure the project runs in an organised manner. You will deal with invoicing, goods received notes, the recording and processing of Payroll information and assist with the cost monitoring/reporting of the project.

What do we need from you?

A computer literate individual, with a thorough understanding and experience using Microsoft Office including excel. You will be familiar with procurement processes as well as having experience with time, attendance, and access control systems. The Technical Administrator will have good attention to detail, time management and a proactive approach to their work. You will need the ability to work as part of a team to deliver the objectives of the department and the wider business.
