Asphalt Plant Operative - Full time, permanent position

Breedon are currently seeking an Asphalt Plant Operative based at Banavie in the West Scotland Region.

As part of the Operations Team, reporting to the District Operations Manager, your role will be a practical 'hands on' position.

Working in a busy environment, you will be responsible for the daily inspections, maintenance and housekeeping together with the day-to-day safe and efficient running of the plant. You will become fully aware of the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental policies and ensure they are always adhered to.

You will have a flexible, proactive and versatile approach to work. Ideally, you will have a strong knowledge of the local area. You will ideally hold a current MPQC/CPCS skills card for a wheeled loading shovel; however, training and development will be given to candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skills. Occasional weekend and night working will be required.

This position is ideal for a highly motivated person with experience in Concrete and Asphalt Plant Production.
