Crushing and Screening Supervisor / Quarry Supervisor - Wenvoe Quarry
- Full time, permanent position

Breedon are currently seeking a Crushing and Screening Supervisor to join our team at Wenvoe Quarry near Cardiff.
Your responsibilities will include the operation of mobile crushing/screening plant, general plant maintenance, oversight of stockpiling and supervision of colleagues carrying out these roles. You will be assigned limited 8(1)d responsibilities in respect of crushing/screening and stockyard activities. It is essential that you are able to be flexible in the hours that you work.
This is a hands-on role and, as such, the successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications and/or demonstrate extensive experience in operating crushing/screening plant. You will have experience of risk assessment and health and safety systems. You will be suitably qualified and experienced to be appointed at 8(1)d level and ideally you will have held such an appointment before. Ideally you will also hold, or be working towards, a relevant SHE qualification (such as SHE NVQ Level 4) and the IOSH Managing Safety qualification. If the successful candidate does not possess any required qualifications, you will be expected to pursue these with support from Breedon.
