We are now recruiting for an Agent to manage resources on site for the delivery of our Toddbrook Reservoir restoration scheme.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Agent role, you'll be responsible for programming works, commercial performance and the effective managing of resources. You'll effectively monitor Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures, and support implementation of Health and Safety policies. You'll also organise labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources and record accurately. This role will have responsibility for financial projections, forecast reviews and final cost/value reviews. You'll focus on continuous improvement, planning and measurement of day-to-day activities, whilst overseeing the works delivery.
What do we need from you?
A proactive leader, with effective problem solving, project management abilities and good attention to detail. You'll be qualified to degree level or equivalent Management qualification or HNC/NVQ Level 3. Ideally, you'll be actively pursuing Chartership accreditation and have prior experience working with reinforced concrete, underground services, groundworks and/or civils. Prior experience working with steelwork and cladding is beneficial and Sewage Treatment works experience is desirable.
