My client are a large maintenance contractor based in Loughton, they are looking for a Repairs Planner/Scheduler to Co-ordinate the day to day planning of works for the Repairs and Maintenance Contract efficiently and effectively, (Right Work at the Right Time) You will be responsible for overall performance which will be managed against a set of Key Performance Indicators to achieve & maintain top quartile performance. Maintain clear lines of communication with all parties.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY
- To appoint, monitor and control work flow of Jobs through our Responsive Repairs Team.
- provide Trade Colleagues with Technical Support & information where required.
- To monitor progress and completion of works in line with performance requirements.
- To coordinate the use of sub-contractors, ensuring that they perform within their SLA expectations and contract parameters.
- Support all aspects of delivery reporting to reduce the number of Follow-on appointments and improve Right First Time repairs.
- Deliver all work streams within Contractual KPI Target.
KEY TASKS
- To act as conduit and point of contact for respective Trade Colleagues and ensure detail sign off of completed Repairs to Properties.
- To co-ordinate the allocation of work to the team of Operatives. Liaising with Customer Service and Call Handlers/Admin Support Team Members.
- Organise and direct operatives on the job to ensure continuity and improve productivity.
- Act as liaison point for management, and the clerk of works in absence of supervisors or direct line management.
