A new Assistant Project Manager job opportunity with a specialist construction consultancy based in Birmingham city centre. This firm works largely with clients in the healthcare sector working across a wide range of instructions including both refurbishment and new build projects.
This is an owner managed firm which means the management team are truly invested in the success of the business and offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a highly qualified and experienced team. They are also highly committed towards professional qualifications and offer full support with this and great ongoing career development.
We are now looking for a recent graduate in a Construction related discipline such as Construction Project Management to join their team. Any industry experience would be an advantage although full training and support is given. You will be working with Senior Project Managers across the full project lifecycle working closely with the client. With this in mind we're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who has strong presentation and communication skills. You need to be able to build and develop strong relationships both with your team mates and externally with the client and we are also looking for a self motivated individual who is able to organise themselves and work to deadlines. Some travel may be involved.
