A Multi skilled Joiner vacancy has arisen with a contractor working on social housing.

Dutie of the job

* Travel around Greater Manchester is to be expected
* Carry out Joinery repairs on social housing properties
* Working on void and tenanted properties
* PDA will be provided within the job
* Looking for time served Joiners, who can turn their hand to other basic trades in a 'Multi-Skilled' role (basic plaster patching/ plumbing ect that needs completing in properties as and when required)

What you will need to have to apply for this role?

* An NVQ Level 2 in relevant trade
* Social housing experience

* Clean driving licence
* CSCS Card
