Site Manager Job in Nottingham

A new requirement for a Site Manager to work on new build residential sites across Nottingham and Derby with one of the Uk's largest housebuilders.

They are a Top 10 housebuilder, delivering 13,500 homes annually across the UK, they are committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing the programme to budget
  • Onsite Health and Safety
  • Achieving high standards of customer care
  • Maintaining quality control
  • Managing all site operations, working with contractors and sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Carrying out inspections and organising all labour and construction materials

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on large new build residential schemes
  • Knowledge and experience of compliance and building safety standards.
  • CSCS Black Card
  • Current SMSTS
  • BTEC or NVQ 4 in Site Management and a current first aid qualification would be an advantage
  • Full UK Driving License
