What does the role entail?
- Developing & agreeing programmes of work for the client base
- Ensuring a thorough accuracy of prices after being developed for the client
- Enhancing the delivery to the client by effectively liaising and coordinating with all service providers
- Having authoritative management, control, and communication of the workforce
- Developing & maintaining a detailed control of delivery working in line with project plans, progress, and performance
- Communicating updates and progress to the line of directors as and when required
- Effective communication with clients to fully engage and ensure project delivery is running at full capacity
What skills will you have?
Full clean driving licence (essential)
Self-motivated and focused (essential)
Estimating knowledge and experience within the construction/building industry (essential)
Project management/delivery experience (essential)
Proven management of a workforce/team (essential)
Skilled trade background (advantage)
