Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Chichester, West Sussex

Our client has a new Part II Architectural Assistant job which offers a varied project portfolio and professional development opportunities.

Established over 25 years ago the practice is made up of around 40 people working in a beautifully converted period building in the centre of the city. The practice has an excellent reputation for design quality and has developed long-standing relationships with a wide range of clients across the UK. They possess a varied portfolio of projects including education, residential, car showrooms, and corporate headquarters. Due to continued success and growth they now have the requirement for a Part II Architectural Assistant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Due to the companies' diverse portfolio, you will be working on a variety of projects types and sizes
  • Using Revit daily basis
  • Assisting Senior project runners
  • Working through all RIBA stages 1-7 of projects
  • Working on the production of planning and technical drawing packages.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally 3 Years of practice experience
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills
  • Revit experience is essential
  • Team orientated
  • Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45-minute commute of the business.
