Gleeson Recruitment Group working in partnership with a leading global supplier based in Tyseley. Our client is looking to recruit an International Operations Coordinator to join their fast paced busy team!
The Role
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Produce and send pricing schedules
- Supporting with data sheets
- Coordinating orders with suppliers
- Organise UK transportation
- Prepare Sales Order information
- Updating forecasts on SAP systems
Ideal Candidate
- Similar previous role within operational administration / sales co-ordinatior
- Previous international transportation/ coordination experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
- Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail
- Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability
- Previous use of SAP / CRM Systems would be an advantage
