We are recruiting for an instructor/assessor - Mechanical to join our existing team in the mechanical engineering department on a full-time permanent basis offering £21,088 - £27,056 per annum.
The successful candidate will be working with 1st year apprentices undertaking their Foundation Competence qualification EAL Level 2 Diploma in Maritime Defence Engineering - Machining (Milling and Turning) and CNC skills.
This is undertaken in the college Mechanical workshop and using the OneFile assessment platform. Ideally you will have a relevant trade background and have or be happy to work to achieve an Assessor qualification.
In addition to your salary, you can expect an annual leave entitlement of 29 days plus Bank Holidays and additional College closure days over the festive period.
