Customer Support Person

Salary: €28,000-€30,000

Location: Dublin

Responsiblities:

  • Develop a relationship with our customer base by providing quotation and order support as well as general office administration support within the customer support team.
  • Supporting installers with
    • Product Quotations
    • Product Orders
    • Delivery information
  • General Customer Support
  • Supporting the External Sales Team
  • Updating and maintaining Office Records
  • Greeting Customers and Visitors to our Office
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a third level institution would be preferable but not necessary.
  • A keen interest in developing a career and advancing within the organisation, with a keen interest in building services engineering.
  • Basic Microsoft Office in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience with SAP programme
  • Excellent Attention to Detail with low error rates
  • Confident Communication Skills with Internal Staff and Customer Base
  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 1-2 years
  • Positive Attitude
