I am currently working with a leading property maintenance company who are looking to appoint a time-served Joiner on a 5-6 month contract. They currently have a contract doing full kitchens renewals in occupied properties for a local housing association in the County Durham area.
I am looking for a Joiner who would be able to fit one kitchen a day and also turn their hand to other trades (basic plumbing, plaster patching, etc.).
- Public sector / domestic experience
- CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Driving License
Interviews to take place ASAP with the contract starting at the end of March.
Must be willing to provide the following:
- CV
- CSCS and other relevant certificates
- Passport or Birth Certificate and NI proof
- Headshot
- 2 names and numbers of reference contacts.
