Protocol are working with RNN group to hire a Catch Up Coach for Construction at a South Yorkshire college. This is a temporary full time role working 37 hours per week, but the college may consider part time at a minimum of 3 days. This role is until the end of July.


Role responsibilities
Work collaboratively with colleagues across college to effectively support learners to develop both their practical and theoretical skills.
Have shared responsibility for and contribute to the planning and facilitation of learning, carrying out administrative tasks as necessary.
Facilitate small group sessions (no more than 5) and 1:1 coaching sessions. This can be during normal lessons alongside tutors and separate small group sessions.


The person & qualifications
Industry experience working within the construction industry.
A teaching qualification/ experience is desired but they are willing to consider applicants with more industry experience.
Able to lead students and create a safe and open learning environment that aids in students development.
