We are currently working with an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice that has a new Landscape Associate Director job. This role would see you take a lead role in the running of the projects and team management.

This award-winning, multi-disciplinary practice with a reputation and passion for high quality, sustainable, and award-winning places to live and work. They have been established for over 30 years and have developed a strong network of clients. The office houses urban designers, landscape architects and environmental consultants all under one roof. They are now seeking a creative Landscape associate director to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working directly under the Landscape director
  • Developing exciting and innovative designs
  • Taking a lead role in the management of projects
  • Responsibility for project delivery, performance reviews and budgets
  • Development of client relationships
  • Management of the design team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Landscape Architecture and a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) in the UK
  • Experience in project delivery and general management of projects across all stages
  • Demonstrable track record in managing projects teams
  • Posses strong design skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and AutoCAD.
