Work as a Shift Team Leader for a leading company operating in the energy, waste and water industry. Work for a market leading company with massive expansion plans. Work within in the renewable industry and enjoy vast technical and career progression within a large organisation.
This company specialises in providing energy and waste solutions across the UK. This role would suit an engineer with experience on steam systems to work in an interesting and exciting role where you have an OTE of £50,000+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working along side the Shift Team Leader overseeing the shift team
- Working in a control room
- Assisting with sift safety systems, outages and project work
- Managing the shift team as well looking after production
- 4 on 4 off shift work (Nights and Days)
Background Required:
- Experience Operations Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer/ Plant Operator / Marine Engineer
- Background (Worked in plant room, Steam experience )
- Engineering Apprenticeship trained (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
