* Service coordinating, distributing work to the service engineers
* Provide product training for customers
* Handling warranty claims
The successful Technical Support Engineer will have:
* Background as a Technical Support Engineer or similar
* Some understanding of mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering
* Ability to communicate over the phone and IT literate
* Live commutable to Clevedon
