Contract / Hours: 12-month FTC, Full Time
We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, amongst other we are working on the IMT Contract, and we're looking for an Administrator to join our Telecoms team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and control the PPM & reactive access request. Ensuring that regional productivity and contract revenues are maximised by gaining access confirmations for planned and reactive works where possible.
- Commercial awareness - Ensure site access is requested within specified notice period required to confirm field staff attendance. Ensuring that any dropped sites are replaced to ensure maximum productivity and revenue.
- Customer facing - Liaise with the client estates team and individual 3rd party providers to resolve queries preventing access issues.
- Time Management - Ensure access requests are submitted in a timely manner, giving enough notice for all associated paperwork to be compiled and approved.
- Data analysis - Identifying and acting on any anomalies or issues found on the planners, correcting, and communicating these where appropriate.
- Teamwork - Working with field staff, site providers, the client, and internal managers to ensure that field staff are productive and client SLA's/expectations are met.
What do we need from you?
- Experience of Telecoms would be an advantage, but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Package
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Able to show initiative, working on own or as part of a team
