Do you hold a Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent and are looking for an opportunity to progress long-term to associate director level.? Your Role as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor will include:
* The Quantity Surveyor will prepare budget estimates, cost planning and tendering procedures and contract arrangements.
*You will be measuring the work throughout whilst adjusting variation in accordance with the terms of the contract and preparing final accounts, pricing and agreeing totals with the Contractor.
*Prepare Microsoft Project Programmes along with day to day management and execution of the project work.
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will need:
* (BSc (Hons) degree or similar in Quantity Surveying.
* The candidate must be attending Core Competencies and internally/externally run CPDs, in order to achieve the required RICS recommended CPD hours per year.
