Net Temps are working alongside a long-term client, who specialise in commercial builds. They require an Assistant Site Manager to work within their construction team.
Ideal candidates will have a good knowledge and understanding of Management and Supervision and have a background in Building and Construction
Salary - £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience), + car + package
Location - Woodhall Spa LN10
This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career within the Building and Construction industry and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Based within the management team, you will work closely with the senior site manager, to assist with the management of trades and labour on site and to help push the job to completion.
Main Duties:
- Assisting senior site manager with office duties
- Managing the trades and labour teams on site
- Acting First Aid officer on site
- Working on a multi-room car home
Essential skills and requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and use of own initiative
- Strong communication and ability to work independently and within a team
Successful candidates will be able to thrive in the positive work environment, with potential to progress internally with the company.
