Senior Interior Designer Job in Bath

Senior Interior Designer job in Bath with a workplace design and build firm, covering London and the South West. This role will see you take the lead on multiple projects and manage a small team throughout all stages of the design process. The position is offering a salary of up to £46,000 + benefits.

Our client offers a wide range of services across workplace strategy, office design and fit-out, return to work planning, and furniture consultancy. They're a medium-size team with a strong client base across the Southwest and London. You will be leading a project team, covering both technical and creative aspects of office design projects ranging from £100k to £10m in value.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work with clients directly to understand and interpret their requirements
  • Lead the concept design stages and pitch presentations
  • Present design concepts to clients
  • Produce 2D and 3D visuals and technical packages, reflective of the agreed scope of works
  • Management and mentoring of junior members
  • Stay up to date with building regulations and industry trends
  • FF&E specification and selection, managing FF&E budgets
  • Represent the business during client interactions and at industry events
  • Attend site visits and conduct surveys, ensuring accuracy throughout each stage

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in interior design or similar
  • 5+ years' industry experience, ideally within workplace D&B
  • Competent Revit, Adobe Suite, and Ms Office user
  • SketchUp and Enscape skills are highly desirable
