I am looking for an experienced Fire Door Supervisor, who has experience in the Fire Division both on the tools and in management, to look after a Social Housing Scheme in the North East and Yorkshire
My client is a leading contractor within the industry. They have recently won work with their existing clients to carry out their Passive Fire Work. This is mainly in the North East but some of the property portfolio will expand in the Yorkshire region.
Work is across both install and remedial on sheltered accommodation and communal flats. The right candidate will have an abundance of experience in Fire Door Joinery with sufficient evidence of managing teams on large portfolios. Ideally, we are looking for somebody with primarily Social Housing experience.
Must have CSCS Card, SMSTS, Firas accreditation and First Aid. Work will mainly be in the North East but candidates should be expected to travel to Yorkshire on some occasions to look after properties in that area.
