Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national M&E sub-contractor to recruit a Site Manager to oversee an £8m M&E package on a flagship project in Leeds. The ideal candidate will come from a M&E sub-contractor background with either an electrical or mechanical bias as both aspects will be managed on this project.
My client are recruiting for the Leeds scheme initially, with a project duration of 18 month however further work in the Yorkshire region will be available following completion of this scheme.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage site staff
- Adhere and work to the programme (Created by the PM)
- Work alongside the main contractor trades & other subbies
- Liaise with the main contractor SM/PM
- H&S
- RAMS
- Inductions
