Job Title: Pre-Construction / Bid Manager

Location: Bristol - This is an agile role where you will be based out of the Bristol area, with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites.

Business area: Kier Construction - Western & Wales

Contract: Permanent, full time

Kier Construction are looking for a Pre-Consturction Manager/Bid Manager to join our team in Bristol

Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Construction Manager/Bid Manager working within our Wales area, you will work closely with the bid team to follow bid management processes and ensure they are implemented at each stage. You will lead bid meetings, manage the bid team, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and develop a win plan for each opportunity. Within the role, you will support the team to prepare for client meetings, lead the team through the RIBA stage process from 1 to 4, and attend initial engagement meetings.

What do we need from you?

We are seeking an individual who has previous experience of creating high quality bid submissions, leading a bid team and has experience of leading teams through RIBA stage 1 to 5. Knowledge of local clients would be an advantage.
