Great opportunity to join a multi pound special purpose machinery manufacturer who are growing within climate control, ventilation & renewable markets. This business are looking for a project manager to cover the southern part of the UK. Help grow contracts & customer recognition within a thriving industry.
This company manufacture, service & install bespoke ventilation & smoke control systems for industrial / commercial sites across the UK. With consistent work & contracts coming into this company, help them to grow into a ear of the Project engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully manage all post-order activities to meet agreed customer deadlines
- Develop and maintain an agreed project plan
- Bid and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project
- Apply quality management principles and processes at all times
- Ensure excellent planning, reporting, record keeping and communication is in place to manage the project team to successfully deliver the project from receipt of order through to completion
- Develop and manage post-order issues whilst building strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and subcontractors. Aim to enthuse this group about the company and the performance of our products.
Background Required
- Experience within the construction industry
- Excellent organisation skills to plan the use of people and resources
- Technical engineering background (Mechanical / electrical)
- Happy to travel
- Project Management / engineering background
