Location: Nottingham

Business area: Kier Construction - North & Scotland

Contract: Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday - (We can offer this role as either full time or part time, please specify in your application).

We are now recruiting for an Office Manager to join our team in Nottingham to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Director and the Senior Leadership team.


Key Responsibilities

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing emails and incoming queries as well as calendar co-ordination, preparing meeting materials organise lunch for meetings if required, ordering supplies for the office, organising travel requirements for staff and completing other administrative tasks as required. You will also be required to liaise with landlord and senior management to organise maintenance/repairs where required to ensure smooth running of office.

Have you got a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying importance? If you are willing to train and develop,?work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills, then we want you!?
