Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the local Team Lead, you will be assisting in delivering Building Surveying commissions and projects, requiring effective technical & financial project delivery. We will ask you to be accountable for quality, effective, successful delivery, as well as meeting financial & client objectives.
Continually improving what we do and how we do it through expert advice and guidance, as well as helping prepare bid submissions and presentation materials to maximise business development opportunities, you'll work with customers in different sectors, producing building specifications and 2D CAD drawings, delivering exceptional results and nurturing strong relationships.
What do we need from you?
- Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience. NB - Membership of the RICS or equivalent professional body would be an advantage but is not essential and we do have a structured training programme for those wishing to progress through the APC.
- Appropriate technical skills and influencing skills.
- Has some experience of service across different customers, private and public sector organisations.
- Experience of building relationships with clients.
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, Quality Management and CDM regulations.
- Experience of producing works specifications and 2D CAD drawings.
- Understanding of BIM and operational knowledge of REVIT would be an advantage
