Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national volume house builder to recruit a number of Assistant Site Managers for projects in Leeds and across West Yorkshire. My client are open to experienced Assistant Site Managers or candidates that are looking to step into this role, as you'll be given full company training and will be working alongside one of two experienced Site Managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management of trades & subbies
• Inductions
• RAMS
• Working alongside the Site Manager
• Home Demos
• Customer Care
• Management of aftercare/snags

My salary pay a strong basic salary of up to £40,000 with a highly attractive car allowance and bonus scheme. Other benefits are included such as pension, health care & in house training.
