This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our highly experienced project delivery team delivering this £400M project.

What is the role and project?

  • Construction work is underway on the expansion of the iconic Shepperton Studios in Surrey, and once complete will be one of the largest film and TV studios in the world. Works involve 1 million sq ft of new production accommodation and 17 sound stages.

  • The role is responsible for all elements of S278 highway upgrade works to existing scheme

  • Leading design, delivery, stakeholder meetings

  • Ensuring compliance to all relevant regulations at all times

  • Liaising with neighbours to communicate plans and disruptions effectively

  • Managing subcontractors and programme to deliver works in line with time and budget

  • Leading coordination with site team to ensure no disruption to main works

What do we look for?

  • Experience in working on live highways

  • Ideally Streetworks accredited - NRSWA

  • The passion and drive to exceed expectations in all aspects of the role, promoting best practice and shared learning in health, safety, risk, performance, quality and wellbeing.

  • Experience of delivering high rise residential schemes for a principal contractor and/or developer, with a fit out bias.

  • Experienced in managing the sequence of works and interdisciplinary relationships on major construction projects throughout the project lifecycle, planning, logistics, procurement and mobilisation of packages.
