Daniel Owen North are currently working with a highly reputable house builder to recruit a Site Manager to oversee the customer care aspect of a large scale development just outside of Hull. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume house building, have a good eye for detail and be available over the summer period.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer care
  • Manage and compile snag lists
  • Manage finishing trades
  • H&S
  • Contracts Manager updates
  • Site Walk arounds
