Job Title: Graphics Supervisor

Location: Lodge Farm Industrial Estate, Northampton

We are now looking for a Graphics Supervisor to join our team in Northampton, they will provide to potential customers, designs, quotations and estimates for both commercial and road traffic products, ensuring that all information requested is included that will allow orders to be placed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to ensure that all specifications on orders are achievable and meet any relevant mandatory or statutory requirements, advising as necessary
  • Use appropriate CAD (Computer aided design) systems to produce drawings and submit for customer approval and procure bespoke materials required where appropriate
  • Prepare RIP (Raster imaging processor) software, load media and print to appropriate printer and laminate all finished prints
  • On receipt of an order, ensure the detail reflects the quotation submitted, for the specified items, advising customer of any changes
  • Enter orders into the database, ensuring it is accurate
We are seeking candidates who:
  • Hold GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Have appropriate level of IT/Keyboard skills
  • Can work independently
  • Easily empathise with people that have varied disabilities
