This expanding company designs, manufactures and services equipment for the scientific / medical industry. They are in the process of expanding their factory and are therefore looking for someone to join them at an exciting time of growth and help to push them in the right direction. This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing manager, with experience of product development, to join a specialist company where you will have the chance to progress your career long-term and have a real impact on the company's future.
Your Role:
* Manufacturing Manager's role - focused on product development (progressing to a directorship position)
* Ensure all products meet the regulatory requirements of British and European standards
* Product development of existing and new products
* Management of the manufacturing / production process
* Communication between customers and service engineers
Your Will Have:
* Experience as a production / technical / manufacturing manager with aspirations to progress.
* Previous experience with hands on product development
* Ideally hold an electrical engineering qualification
* Commutable to Weston-super-Mare
