I am currently working with a leading property maintenance company who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis. They currently have a contract doing full kitchens and bathrooms for a local housing association in the North East.

I am looking for a Site Manager from a Social Housing background, looking for their next venture.

The right candidate will have the following:

  • Social housing experience
  • SMSTS
  • Excellent Health and Safety on site
  • Driving License

Interviews to take place ASAP with the contract starting immediately.

Work could stem between Gateshead and Blyth but interviews to take place in Gateshead. A company van will be provided.

Must be willing to provide the following:

  • CV
  • SMSTS and other relevant Certificates
  • Passport or Birth Certificate and NI proof
  • Headshot
  • 2 names and numbers of reference contacts.
