We are now recruiting for an experienced Structures Engineer to join our Highways team in Penrith to be a part of the designing and analysing of various structures in the projects that Kier Highways has to offer. Join kier, a company that values you for who you are and what you do

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Structures Engineer is to produce scheme designs, reports and documentation in accordance with specified briefs and in line with the time and budgetary allocations. Carry out structural inspections and undertake structural assessments. Assist in the overall delivery of the workload of the Structures team within the Design Services Structures office including feasibility reports and design checks.

What do we need from you?

  • Ideally, you'll have in the region of 5 years relevant engineering experience and be actively working towards membership of a professional institution such as ICE or I Struct E.
