We are now recruiting for Pre-construction Administrator with the Kier Northern & Scotland, northwest division to support the Pre-construction team.
Key responsibilities
You'll be responsible for the downloading, filing and distributing of Tender Documents, purchase orders, insurance, safety and environmental certification as well as updating the reporting portals accordingly. Keeping up with project pipeline work, you'll be able to research social value opportunities, as well as supporting the Bid Team with collation of information for brochures, awards submissions, marketing, press releases, regional case studies for the Kier website and some limited bid writing.
What do we need from you?
We are looking for an organized individual with a keen eye for detail, KPI driven, and has the ability to work to tight deadlines. The role will need monitoring of the Tender portals during live bids, keeping up with the email account, and managing the team diary. You'll be a keen user of MS Teams.
