Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national house builder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a temp to permanent position in Doncaster. This is an ongoing large scale development with a number of managers looking after certain sectors and phases of the project

The ideal candidate will have experience with national or regional house builders, have a good understanding of NHBC regs and be within a commutable distance to Doncaster.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Management of trades
• Customer care
• Assisting the Site and Project Manager
• H&S
• RAMS
• Toolbox Talks
• Assisting towards the build programme

You must have...

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Valid Physical CSCS card
