Established over 50 years ago, this market leading general contractor in the Irish Construction Market are highly regarded and have worked on some major projects across the Commercial, Higher Education and Residential sectors. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise on large-scale projects, taking them from Pre-construction through to delivery, commissioning and handover.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure technical compliance with client specification.
  • Report to Services Manager and Client representatives to inform of progress on site
  • Oversee the delivery of MEP installations from a QA/QC perspective to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in design process to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements
  • Liaise with Commercial team to ensure profitability
  • Liaise with Project Management & Project Planning team to ensure schedule is being kept to and assist with coordination on site

Personal Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience, especially Residential Experience
  • Relevant qualification Degree in Building Services or associated field.
  • Understanding of how buildings perform, with particular skills in at least one Building Services discipline.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, manage and supervise trades and hold regular progress review meetings
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office applications as well as an understanding of AutoCad and BIM Modelling.
