Architectural Technician Job in Stafford, Staffordshire

Architectural Technician job now available! This architecture practice is looking for an Architectural Technician to take a lead in project running from Stage 4 onwards, across a number of sectors including commercial and residential.

This award RIBA practice has won a number of awards for its residential projects but its portfolio includes education, mixed-use, leisure and commercial projects all with a keen focus on design. The team of seven works in a modern open plan office working on projects across all RIBA stages with a variety of clients.

They now are seeking a motivated Architectural Technician who is seeking a long-term role to join its team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Taking a lead role in the running of projects
  • Working on the production of technical drawing packages
  • Using Revit on a daily basis
  • Dealing directly with clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience e
  • Experience with UK residential projects would be essential
  • A working knowledge of Revit is beneficial but training will be offered
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Due to the office location, you will need to have your own transport.
