Groundworker required for work on a new build housing site in Darlington starting asap
- Rate is negotiable phr and can be paid CIS, umbrella or PAYE
- Working on a new build housing site, internal and external groundworks
- Work includes shallow drainage, kerbs and flag laying
- Ongoing work available, potential to be moved to alternate site afterwards
- Requires CSCS & previous experience
- Plant tickets such as forward tipping dumper is desired but not essential
